This doesn’t necessarily tell you anything. All you need is one diagnosis machine/lab test to be able to make thousands of diagnosis, but is it a relevant one for the region and its issues. In terms of diagnosis it may be interesting to have indicators such as “center has full minimum diagnosis capacity/package” and then have a menu from which each organization can further define what their min. diagnosis package includes based on the needs in that country. Some countries need malaria diagnosis, whereas others don’t have that problem, for instance. The package would not be considered a complete min. package unless there is qualified staff to administer it. Then there could also be a “comprehensive diagnosis package”.
